UNIZIK-CENDASNER Honours Philanthropist Ozonkpu Chief Phillip Nworji

The past Governor Enugwu ukwu Forum Lagos, Ozonkpu Chief Phillip Nworji (Elochukwukpalu-Nwachinemelu Enugwu ukwu na Umunri) was recently honoured by the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Centre for Disability and Special Needs Research (CENDASNER) Awka, in appreciation of his support to the activities of the Centre.

In a brief remarks during an appreciation visit to his country home at Enugwu- Ukwu, the CENDASNER Director, Prof Williams Emeka Obiozor commended Chief Nworji for being among the philanthropists who responded to the call for support to the Centre during its inaugural event in 2020.

“Sir, you wholeheartedly accepted to produce award plaques plus logistics to CENDASNER when we organized our inauguration in 2020. Since then you have been supportive to us whenever you are in the Southeast. It is our prayer that God will continue to bless you and give you success in your business. Thank you”, he prayed.

In his acceptance of the Award of Excellence and Appreciation, Chief Phillip Nworji who was also the past President General ECDU Government Appointed Caretaker Committee, Chairman Ilu Ogbo Commission and acting Chairman Enugwu Ukwu Traditional Council, thanked CENDASNER for remembering him, called on members of the public to lend their support to students with disabilities in their quest for education and training for a better life.
